The whole party was set up very nice, and it was sponsored by CoverGirl and courvoisier so the ladies went home with CoverGirl products and everyone got to sip on a courvoisier drink that was mixed with pineapple juice, which was SO GOOD might I add. There were also other things available to the guests such as cupcakes, cookies, and candy. DJ Phantom was also there keeping the crowd turned up before and after Janelle came out.And of course Janelle Monae herself made the event a great experience by her gracious presence! She was so full of energy, performed very well, and partied with her guests which I loved and enjoyed a lot! If I had the opportunity to do this event again I would do it in a heartbeat! I had a great time last night. Make sure you all check out her album when it drops; there's some good songs on there and a lot of good features such as Erykah Badu and Prince! Electric Lady in stores September 10th!
