Miguel was cruising around L.A in his 2013 BMW when he was pulled over for speeding. Once police approached his car they smelled alcohol and asked him to perform the breathalyzer test. He of failed, blowing a .10 and a .11, which was above the legal limit of .08.
Even though he was booked, he was released on $5,000 bail, but is scheduled to appear in court September.
