Usher Gets "Caught Up"

According to TMZ reports, Usher is being sued for allegedly stealing his hit song off of his Confessions album, "Caught Up", from a group of songwriters.

Mitch Moses, Vince McClean, and Zacharia Edwards are making claims that they performed this song for an administrator of Usher's label Artista Records who played it for LA Reid afterwards back in 2002. Usher then released the "same" song 2 years later. Not sure why it took them almost 10 years to take action though. Hmmm
