Who is Mr. Papers? is the question that was on my mind and after researching this is what i came up with..Apparently he is Lil Kim's long time off and on again boyfriend/ boo thang and he's also a rapper from New York!
He stepped forward claiming to be the papi of Kim's baby on The Ricky Smiley Morning Show. He also shut down rumors that him &Kim broke up and he shared that she well they're expecting a baby BOY and he will be a Gemini.
