According to E! the two were at a private party at the AT&T Ball Park in San Francisco yesterday (Kim's birthday) when Kanye got on one knee and popped the big question along with a big screen, orchestra, and a 15-carat diamond ring designed by Lorraine Schwartz.
Kim of course said YES!! Congrats Kimye!!
